As a foreigner there are many good experiences and few bad experiences. Good experiences in terms like people are very helpful, friendly, caring and respectful towards other minorities, also people of Britain are more interested in knowing and functioning of other cultures. People of Britain try to get involved and also celebrate the festivals and share cultural values with other ethnic groups. Bad experience in the sense that even though Britain today is free and multicultural in some parts of Britain there still exist racism, I'm not expressing this on general grounds but on the fact that i have experienced such thing where small percentage of native people try to tease, give a angry look or speak rudely with people other than white in colour. Such thing does happen not only in the surrounding area of my house but also in city like Cardiff. Most surprising thing of all it is young generation more into this rather than middle aged or aged people. Overall experience of living in Britain is very exciting and will be helpful in future. In terms of education, it is not the fact that only students from other countries get the good grades but native students too many a times out perform in class. Further more during the projects and presentations they try to work as team with other ethnic groups. According to the words of Tony Blair "Inequality is wasting the talent and opportunites of other ethnic group to develop their skills, since this talent could be helpful towards growing economy of the Britain."
